Jeongin’s Story
Jeongin, from Korea, came to London to study at one of our partner schools. He had studied to be a chef in Korea and when he arrived in London and was interviewed by Professionals UK, he said he wanted to work with the best chefs in UK. We are very ambitious for our students and his letter of interest was so passionate that World famous chef Heston Blumenthal’s HR manager couldn’t resist offering him a place at his restaurant – “The Fat Duck, Bray”
After 4 weeks Jeongin thought he could get even more experience and asked Gordon Ramsey if he could go to his restaurant too – he did!
